This mod for Civilization 4 allows you to try to recreate history and allow the Confederate to win the civil war.

The Confederate States of America version 1.0 Instructions: Unzip or copy the CSA folder and its contents to the mods directory Description: Adds the Confederacy as a playable civilization Leaders: Jefferson Davis (industrious, philosophical) or Robert E. Lee (spiritual, creative) Unique Unit: Blakely Rifle - Replaces cannon, receives defensive bonuses, 40% withdrawal chance Known issues: The formal name of the Confederacy is one character too long, causing it to drop out from the initial leader selection screen, but it appears properly in the civilopedia.
